ASCO Launches High-Performance Pulse Valve Coils, Empowering Industrial Automation Efficiency Upgrade
March 18, 2026 – ASCO, a world-renowned leader in fluid control and industrial automation solutions, officially launches its new high-performance pulse valve coils, covering 400425 and 400325 Series with 12 models (400425-107, 400425-110, 400425-117, 400425-142, 400425-342, 400425-201, 400425-101, 400425-118, 400325-107, 400325-110, 400325-117, 400325-142) and five voltage specifications (AC24V, AC110V, AC115V, AC220V, DC24V). The launch addresses unstable operation and short service life of coils in harsh industrial environments, providing reliable core components for global industrial automation, environmental protection and chemical fields.
As key executive components for pulse jet dust removal and fluid control systems, pulse valve coils determine equipment stability and efficiency. In terms of performance, the coils adopt high-quality raw materials and precision processes, with Class F insulation (155℃) and IP65 protection (waterproof, dustproof, anti-interference), operating stably at -40℃ to +60℃. Selected windings and sealing materials ensure long service life and reduced failures, while compliance with IEC 335 standards guarantees safety against leakage and short circuits.
